Fort Myers, Fla.- After trailing 6-0 after three innings, the Nichols baseball team scattered ten runs over the next six innings to rally past Plymouth State, 10-6, at the Gene Cusic Classic on Wednesday. The Bison improve to 2-7 with the victory. Sophomore Alexander Montalto continued his hot hitting as he led Nichols with three hits which drove in three runs. Sophomore Tim Smith earned the win on the mound, striking out eight in seven innings of work. He allowed just two earned runs in the seven innings.
