In the TCCC quarterfinals against Roger Williams Tuesday, Balabanova fell at No. 4 singles, but teamed up with Molly McGuire for an 8-4 win at No. 2 doubles. At the New England Women’s Tennis Invitational Tournament (NEWITT), she rallied twice from a 5-2 deficit to defeat Jenna Carme 7-5, 7-6 (7-2) from Endicott to advance herself and McGuire to the second round where the pair drew reigning national champion Williams College. Balabanova was named TCCC All-Conference Honorable Mention for the second time in her career.
