Carrero posted a pair of wins in Nichols' season opener against Division II Saint Anselm College this past weekend, including a come-from-behind 6-4 win in No. 2 doubles alongside partner Johanna Schroeder. In addition to helping secure the doubles point, Carrero later clinched the victory with a dominant performance at No. 2 singles, winning by scores of 6-1 and 6-2.Â
