Nichols College Senior women’s tennis player Maria Balabanova(Moscow, Russia) was perfect at the fifth singles position to help lead Nichols to a pair of key TCCC victories. She posted two straight-sets wins against Endicott and Colby-Sawyer to run her season record to 3-0 at the fifth singles spot. At No. 2 doubles improved to 4-0 with Freshman Anna Dyakiv (Amsterdam, N.Y.), Balabanova played solid tennis, winning consecutive matches.
