Freshman Lauren Correia batted an average of .310, on-base .333 and didn’t make an error in the Bison’s ten games in Florida. Correia batted in three runs as well as scored three herself and sacrificed three bunts. She showed her speed with four stolen bases out of six attempted. Correia had 29 at bat appearances and started in all ten of the games.
